Ans - As per my knowledge, there is no feedback test. Just adjusting the volume based on your comfort hearing level. That's it.

Ans - sir this product channel is 3 channel

Q.Kindly let me now if switched-over from baseo q5 sp to baseo q10 sp, will give better result or not ?

Ans - Yes definitely better as q10 so has more number of channels

Ans - No, as we buy online. But I didn't get any problem so far.
