Note – the Genie 2 2020.1 (Full installation package) or Genie 2 2020.1 (Flexible Installation) is required to be installed prior to installing the service pack. Please see relevant section on this web page for instructions and download links.


Instruction for use

The following steps are needed to complete a the installation:

1. Ensure that Genie 2 2020.1 is already installed 

2. Download Setup.exe (optional)

3. Run Setup.exe

4. Follow installation wizard

Genie 2 2020.1 - Flexible Installation Package
For a more flexible download, in this package the core installer executable (Setup.exe) is downloaded and the required additional packages needed are downloaded automatically from a remote location during installation. This gives a faster download- and installation process. This installation mode requires internet connection during the installation process.


Instruction for use

The following steps are needed to complete a flexible installation:

1. Download Setup.exe (optional)

2. Ensure continued internet connection

3. Run Setup.exe

4. Follow installation wizard
